TD Tray Dryers

The Tray Dryers type TD is designed for the hot air drying of hard goods, powders, and granulates. The drying process is by means of dry heat at 50-150 °C maintained for a controlled period of time.

Process Feature:

Pre-selected and custom-made programs for any need. The machining process is developed by our Automation Department following the current codes/standards and types of products to be processed. The Tray Dryers type TD is designed to dry any kind of solid products up to an exposure temperature of 150 °C. LAST is proving the high-level performances reached by the Dryer during the FAT by keeping monitored the humidity contains the product. The system also guarantees an excellent distribution of the heat during all drying phase (temperature deviation below ± 2 °C).
