TB High Temperature HEPA Filters

The DELTA range of absolute TB, TKK and semi-absolute TC filters are deep-pleated and suitable for use under high or very high temperatures.

They are made of:

  • AISI 304 (TB, TKK) stainless steel and AISI 430 (TC) frames.
  • Aluminium spacers.
  • High temperature silicone sealant (TB and TKK) or fibreglass sealant (TC).
  • Special airtight seal.

Used in sterilisation ovens with continuous high temperatures (TB, TKK) and fire risk environments (TC).

The DELTA range of TB-TKK absolute and TC semi-absolute filters are deep-pleated and are suitable for use at high temperatures and for installations with a notable risk of fire (TC). The frame is made from stainless steel with aluminium spacers; sealants are high-temperature resistant silicone for TB-TKK models or fibreglass in the TC models. These filters are, therefore, capable of operating at high or very high temperatures; they have high mechanical resistance, high build quality, high dust accumulation capacity and a long service life. For TB-TKK models, the frame is made from AISI 304 stainless steel for high temperatures and for TC models from AISI 430 stainless steel for installations at a risk of fire. Both are fitted with a special airtight seal.

Filters are individually tested and labelled to guarantee their rated performance.

Suitable for use at high constant temperatures up to 245°C for TB filters (normal flow rate) and TKK (high flow rate) for use in sterilisation ovens in the food and pharmaceutical industries; TC filters can be used at temperatures up to 500°C for industrial processes that require high air sterility levels and also meet the conditions of use for high temperature installations at a risk of fire.
